About the Opportunity

Mō Te Huarahi  

This entry level opportunity will see you assembling cabinets for this kitchen manufacturer.

During the course of this apprenticeship and qualification you will assemble a range of components, set and operate machinery and equipment using learned technical skills to manufacture components to meet customer and production requirements.

About You          

Mōu 

You’ll need to be keen to work in a manufacturing environment and to learn about all things kitchen cabinets.  You will also need –

• NCEA Level 2 in English and Maths
• A great work ethic
• Be a good fit for this small enthusiastic team
• Good attention to detail and a desire to produce quality workmanship
• Full Driver’s Licence as you will need to drive a company vehicle in this role

Hours    

Ngā Hāora  

Hours will be discussed with you at interview with Kitchen Contours.  Standard hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday.  Some Saturday overtime available.

Qualification

Te Tohu  

New Zealand Certificate in Furniture (Level 4) with strand in Cabinetmaking
