Holster Engineering has been servicing New Zealand and overseas industries for the past 50 years. Their aim is to supply a professional service while understanding their customer’s requirements.

 

About the Opportunity

Mō Te Huarahi  

Holster has a modern, well equipped engineering workshop that specialise in both large and medium scale precision engineering, a large variety of welding procedures and a wide range of metal spray applications, fabrications and manufacturing programs.

There is a great team (many with long service), a family atmosphere, lots of variety of work with no two days the same.

 

About You          

Mōu 

You will need -

  • A great attitude
  • Excellent time keeping and punctuality
  • Good communications skills
  • NCEA Level 2 in English and Maths, Drawing an advantage but not essential
  • Team player who will fit in well with this family orientated business
  • Full Drivers Licence or eligible to take your Full Licence in the next few months as some deliveries and pick ups are required as part of the role

 

Hours    

Ngā Hāora  

Hours will be discussed with you at interview stage with Holster Engineering. Standard hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with some overtime available.

Qualification

Te Tohu  

New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Trade) (Level 4) with strands in Fitting and Machining and Toolmaking
