A bakery apprenticeship is ideal for people who have a love for hands-on creative work and even a bit of science. There is plenty of variety, no day is the same - from making the breads to being the creative mind behind new bakery products, or designing and decorating a wide range of cakes and muffins. The learning opportunities are endless.
Piccolo Morso are looking for someone who enjoys making things, creating pleasure and someone wants to learn& take pride in their work.
You will need to be able to follow instructions, interested in learning and work well as part of a team.

This is a fantastic role for an early riser who wants to get a full day's work out of the way and still be able to get most of the afternoon sun.
Shifts generally start at 3am so your own transport is important.
Te Tohu
New Zealand Certificate in Trade Baking (Craft) (Level 4) with strands in Bread, Cake and Biscuit, and Pastry
Graduates of this qualification will be able to:
