Mō Te Kaitukumahi
We are the largest textile recycling company in New Zealand. Capable of recycling any type of textile waste with the view to have zero textile waste to landfill. Family owned for over 60 years we uphold family values and look after staff like one big family.
As part of our culture we encourage and support people in their endeavours outside of normal work. Team Textile Racing was created to give our people the opportunity to experience motor racing whilst being part of a team. The team builds, prepares and maintains their car for racing.
Mō Te Huarahi
Firstly, there will be a period of familiarisation followed by learning the process and acquiring an understanding of how the machinery works. Moving on to maintaining and installing machinery. All of this supported by an experienced and qualified team here to help you through your apprenticeship.
Mōu
You must be reliable, have a can-do attitude, keen to learn, a good worth ethic and have good attention to detail. A pre-trade is not required but would be beneficial.

Hours will be discussed with you at interview with Textile Products. Standard hours are 40 - Monday to Friday.
Te Tohu
New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering(Trade) (Level 4) with strand in Maintenance Engineering
