Description: The course will be facilitated via Microsoft Teams and will include: Four x 4-hour virtual modules One x 4-hour optional Deep Dive session Throughout the training, the Facilitator and Assessor will be available to provide guidance, answer questions, and support you as you progress through the course and complete your assessments.
The proposed schedule is as follows:
Module 1: Tuesday, 2 June
Module 2: Tuesday, 30 June
Deep Dive (optional): Tuesday, 28 July
Module 3: Tuesday, 18 August
Module 4: Tuesday, 13 October
This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity to complete all required assessments and supporting evidence before the 7-month programme completion period concludes.

Description: This programme is designed for new supervisors and team leaders and will enable them to develop core leadership skills including effective communication, motivating others, setting objectives and delivering and increasing performance.

Description: This course combines face-to-face and online delivery methods to develop leadership skills, enabling individuals to lead with confidence and capability.
