This programme leads to the following graduate outcomes

Graduates of this qualification will be able to:

  • Maintain tools and test equipment used in the fire detection and alarm industry sector.
  • Work safely when installing, commissioning, maintaining, and servicing fire detection and alarm systems and using associated equipment.

  • Plan and prepare for installing fire detection and alarm systems components.
  • Install fire detection and alarm systems components and complete installation documentation.
