Competenz has experienced a cyber security incident, resulting in unauthorised access to its IT system. The investigation revealed cyber-criminals had extracted a range of data including some identity, financial and other personal information.

This information includes names and contact details, identity documents, banking, financial and some learner and employee information. Competenz recognises the impact by the theft of personal information and apologies unreservedly.

We have been endeavouring to individually contact learners or stakeholders whose information we believe may have been compromised.
