Graduates of this qualification will be able to:
- Install pipe supports, pipe works and sprinklers for fixed fire protection systems in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Install pump sets, valves, switches, and gauges for fixed fire protection system in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance of fixed fire protection systems
- Identify and report on the presence of passive fire protection when installing fixed fire protection systems.
- Work safely on and around the work site.
- Contribute effectively to the performance of the team.
