Graduates of this qualification will be able to:

• Apply knowledge of hazard and risk management processes to operate in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Graduates of the Upholstery strand will also be able to:

• Assess customer and production specifications and apply knowledge of materials to upholster furniture items.
• Operate equipment and machinery and use resources to produce upholstered products.
