Graduate Profile:

On successful completion of this micro-credential, learners/ākonga will be able to maintain health and safety standards in the workplace and apply print industry knowledge to support print production processes, working under supervision.

Learners/ākonga will have knowledge of:

• safe working practices in the print industry.
• the print industry including an overview of legislation, confidentiality requirements, print processes and workflow production.

Learners/ākonga will be skilled in:

• following risk awareness and hazard control procedures.
• using and maintaining tools and equipment safely.
• using and storing chemicals and solvents safely.
