The nominees listed below completed their Level 3 or Level 4 qualification between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026 and are eligible for the award. Nominations will be assessed against the following criteria:
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine eagerness to learn
Strong understanding of the theory and knowledge behind their training programme
Completion of training within the expected timeframe
A consistent work ethic and high standard of workmanship
Reliability, including strong attendance and punctuality
Initiative in the workplace and willingness to seek guidance
Ability to adapt to change, including new processes and machinery
Leadership potential andambition to progress in their career
Note the list below may not show all learners completed by 31 July 2026, due to completion processing times. You can still nominate learners not showing on the report, however you will need to include proof of their completion.
