The purpose of this qualification is:

  • to provide entry-point training for individuals who are interested in working in the service, sales and retail sectors;
  • to provide a credential for those individuals who are working in the service, sales and retail sectors that will support their future employment opportunities to work, under general supervision, across different retail career pathways;
