Who qualifies?

Domestic learners who are ineligible for Fees Free funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) may now be eligible for our Elev8 enrolment fee offer. This offer is available for the following programmes:

Eligible programmes

Fire: All fire training programmes
Engineering: Mechanical engineering (including fabrication), refrigeration and air conditioning, air conditioning installation, mechanical building services
Forestry: Forest harvesting apprenticeships.

Key details

Duration: The enrolment fee offer covers the first 12 months from the enrolment date. Fees for subsequent years are not included.

The Elev8 enrolment fee offer covers only the first 12 months. After that, standard Elev8 enrolment fees apply.

Who is eligible for the Elev8 fee offer?

Learners who are not eligible for the Fees Free scheme may qualify for the Elev8 enrolment fee offer:

Learners whose Fees Free eligibility returns a "maybe" or "no" will be credited for the Elev8 enrolment fee for the agreed 12-month period
If the eligibility returns a "maybe," the learner will need to complete a statutory declaration to confirm their status.
