Mō Te Kaitukumahi
A local metal fabrication business based in Queenstown. We work with stainless steel, mild steel, corten, brass, copper, and aluminium, making everything from kitchens and BBQs to staircases, handrails, and custom projects for homes, shops, cars, and boats. As an apprentice, you’ll get hands-on training across a wide variety of jobs, learning from experienced fabricators in a supportive team. We’re a young, friendly crew who enjoy what we do and are keen to help you build real skills and a solid career in the trade.
Mō Te Huarahi
As an apprentice fabricator, you’ll learn hands-on skills in stainless steel and other metals. Day-to-day you’ll help with cutting, welding, polishing, and installing projects, as well as general labouring, workshop tasks, equipment use, and basic maintenance.
You’ll be working alongside experienced fabricators and reporting to the workshop manager, gaining skills in fabrication, problem-solving, and safe work practices while contributing to real jobs for homes, shops, and commercial projects.
Mōu
No experience needed. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, reliable, and willing to listen and take direction. No experience is needed — just the drive to work hard, show initiative, and be part of a team.
