How we are working within COVID-19 Alert Levels

Following on from the Prime Minister's announcement on the afternoon of Wednesday 17 February, Auckland is now at COVID-19 Alert Level 2 and the rest of New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level 1.

During this time, our Auckland team continues to work remotely, following social distancing precautions. Our team is now very practised at efficiently transitioning to working from home and remotely supporting employers and learners. Our regional offices have returned to regular working arrangements.

We have made our current Alert Level standard operating procedures available as a template for employers to use.
