Your employer will be sent an email which tells them when your block course will be. This email is sent six to eight weeks prior to the block course starting.
Once your employer receives this email they will need to confirm that you can attend the block course.
Once your attendance is confirmed, the block course training provider will send you an email with the course information two weeks prior to the block course starting.
You will only be allocated to a block course if you have met the prerequisites. Talk to your Competenz contact about prerequisites if you are unsure.
