As an assessor, your expertise is crucial to a learner’s success. Competenz offers ongoing support and coaching for assessors. Competenz offers a hybrid online coaching and support system to all new and existing assessors.

As part of the Competenz assessor registration process all new assessors are required to complete our online Best Assessor Practice modules. You will then attend a video coaching session with our Assessor Manager.
Existing assessors who are interested in completing the Best Assessor Practice modules may also obtain access to the online coaching and support system.
Competenz also continues to provide targeted support on request.
